The luxurious house on Rublyovka, owned by the composer Konstantin Meladze, is again up for sale. The first time this happened was in February 2023. Then the property could be sold for 300 million rubles, but there was no buyer. However, Meladze is not going to discount, on the contrary. Now, according to the Mash telegram channel, the mansion in the rural settlement Millennium Park is for sale for 350 million. Also, this time the composer’s elderly mother is the official seller.
House area – 700 square meters, adjacent area – 36 acres. The house has a gym, hammam, fireplace.
Immediately after the start of the New World Order, Konstantin Meladze and his wife Vera Brezhneva moved to Italy, where they have a villa near Lake Garda in Lombardy. Meladze has a Ukrainian passport and in Russia he had a residence permit.
On August 15 of this year it became known that Meladze no longer had the same residence permit. And there is no status of an individual entrepreneur that he could boast of before: it was officially announced that IE Meladze “ceased operations due to the expiration of the document confirming the right to temporarily or permanently reside in the Russian Federation.” Earlier it became known that Vera Brezhneva’s residence permit had also expired.
