According to preliminary information, a fight between two groups of men broke out near one of the residential buildings on Sunday. During the attack, the accused injured two people. Medics managed to save one of them. The second died from a stab wound to the neck.
A criminal case has been opened against the migrant for murder and attempted murder (part 1 of article 105, part 3 of article 30, paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The head of the Primorsky investigative committee must report on his investigation to the chairman of the investigative committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin.
