“EMERCOM employees removed four submunitions in the waters of Sevastopol,” the department said in a post on its Telegram channel. They were discovered at a depth of up to five meters.
The pyrotechnicians of the Ministry of Emergency Situations destroyed submunitions with controlled explosions at the bottom of the Uchkuevka beach.
It is noted that diving work continues to search for and detect explosive objects.
Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that specialists examined half of the water area of Uchkuevka beach, which was attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine with ATACMS missiles. Divers found three unexploded cluster munitions at the bottom of the Black Sea.
Recall that last Sunday the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a terrorist attack against civilians in Sevastopol, attacking with ATACMS missiles equipped with cluster warheads. As a result, four people were killed and more than 150 were injured.
