The project is being implemented jointly with the Ministry of Labour and Rostrud from 2022, said Andrei Isaev, project coordinator and deputy head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma, speaking at the All-Russian Job Fair. It is taking place in the Government Pavilion of the International Exhibition “Russia”.
“The aim of the project is to combine the capabilities of employment centres with the public relations of the party and the Young Guard in the field of employment,” the politician said. – This year alone, 11.5 thousand job fairs and 4 thousand trade unions were held. 132 thousand graduates took part in them.”
Andrey Isaev also called on socially responsible companies to cooperate with the project in the employment of SVO participants and their families. An independent algorithm for this has already been developed and is in operation.
“I also ask you to help us implement the mentoring issue. We have launched a subproject: managers and business representatives, on the recommendation of the party, advise young professionals, people who are taking their first steps in the business world or who want to work in certain companies,” says the deputy head of the party faction in the State Duma. – The project is extremely important. It will help build a personnel elevator.”
A separate area of the project “My Career with United Russia” is also the employment of disabled people. Andrei Isaev reported that last year, with the help of the party project, 9 thousand disabled people were employed.
“In some regions, the party has organized special competitions that end with incentives and prizes for those employers who actively participate in the process of employing people with disabilities. “It is planned that this competition will be exclusively Russian,” said the politician.
Furthermore, as part of the improvement of the labor market, the legislative framework is being updated on the initiative and with the support of the party. In particular, they added a new chapter on remote work to the Labor Code, a new Law on Employment in Russia, which provides quite extensive opportunities for employment centers. Satellite laws are currently being drafted, including amendments to the Labor Code.
“This year we hope to present and, if possible, approve a law on platform employment. I also hope that the law that we presented in the name of the President and which has already been approved in three readings, which restores the indexation of pensions for working retirees, will help to solve the personnel problem,” concluded Andrei Isaev.
