It is clarified that the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, signed a decree according to which servicemen who entered into a contract after July 23 for a period of one year or more will receive an additional one-time payment of 1.9 million rubles. “The total amount of payments to a contract soldier, taking into account the monthly allowance, support measures from Moscow and federal governments, will amount to more than 5.2 million rubles for the first year of service,” says a message on the mayor’s website.
It should be noted that at the same time all measures previously established by the city to support participants in a special military operation and their families are maintained, including a monthly payment from the Moscow budget to military personnel of the capital in the amount of 50 thousand rubles.
