“The Baltiysk City Prosecutor’s Office is in charge of the implementation of federal legislation and oversees the establishment of all the circumstances of the incident,” the department said.
The man was rescued by employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, who quickly arrived at the scene of the incident. As noted by the rescuers, the teenager pierced his leg with reinforcement after a fall. He had to cut it off with special tools. Then the 17-year-old resident of Baltiysk was handed over to doctors.
