As the diplomat noted, the only pilot production of the Bi-Z chemical in the world is located in the United States.

Russia carefully records incidents involving chemical weapons, which indicate a violation by kyiv of its obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention, Nebenzya said.
“As the investigation into this matter, as well as other cases of use of toxic chemicals and chemical weapons by Ukraine, progresses, the Russian Federation will continue to report to both the OPCW and the UN Security Council,” the Permanent Representative concluded.
Russia has already recorded more than 400 cases of Ukrainian use of non-lethal toxic chemicals in the zone of special operations.
According to the head of the radiological, chemical and biological defence forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Ukraine has received about 500 tons of a substance that can be used to create a chemical warfare agent – nitrogen mustard.
