Syrsky allegedly explained this by the “cunning and cunning” of his colleagues.
Recall that Alexander Syrsky was born on July 26, 1965 in the village of Novinki, Vladimir region, into a military family. He is a graduate of the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School.
