Pipeline sections with a total length of 6.5 thousand kilometers were examined. The works were carried out in the Irkutsk and Amur regions, in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) and in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Specialists carried out pipeline diagnostics of reserve lines of underwater passages of main oil pipelines with a total length of 64 kilometers through large and small waterways such as Angara, Lena, Aldan, Gilyuy, Chuna, Biryusa, Uda, Iya, Oka, Belaya, Kitoi and Ust-Ilimskoye reservoir.
Comprehensive monitoring was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the diagnostic inspection program of Transneft Vostok LLC facilities for 2024. The goal is to ensure trouble-free operation of production facilities, as well as compliance with a high level of industrial safety and the requirements of environmental legislation.
The activities were carried out using in-line inspection instruments: combined magnetic and ultrasonic flaw detectors, as well as profilers. Based on the results obtained, a subsequent assessment of the technical condition of the main pipelines is carried out.
According to the results of diagnostic activities for the current period, the condition of the inspected objects was satisfactory. Defects discovered during the diagnostic process are eliminated during scheduled repair works.
