“The idea of creating a contemporary art fair was born during the creation of the Third Place and materialized a month after the completion of the restoration of the courtyard. At first, we were not going to open the doors of the mansion until the restoration work was finished, but people came in literally by any means and asked what was inside. Therefore, we decided not to wait for ideal conditions. This is how the history of the Third Place Art Fair and the space itself began. The mission of the fair is to prove that people of any income level can collect. Therefore, the minimum price for the exhibition starts at 1,000 rubles and anyone can become a collector.”
