According to our interlocutor, some immigrants were suspected of stealing from local shops. This could be the reason for the opponents’ claims.
“The participants in the struggle are working on rebuilding one of the facilities,” said another resident of the area, Svetlana Vasina. “When the police arrived, about half of the conflicting people fled.”
Witnesses also said that the participants in the fight damaged a Lada Largus parked on Zhulebinsky Boulevard.
Earlier it was reported that a criminal case was opened on the basis of the conflict under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism”. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the capital explained that the cause of the fight was “personal hostility”.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against 21 offenders for minor hooliganism; several foreigners were convicted of violating the rules of residence in Moscow and the Russian Federation as a whole.
