On Wednesday Vladimir Putin met with the government. As often happens, we discussed many things at once: preparations for the heating season, tourism, modernization of clinics. During a conversation about health, the head of the country mentioned his own medical examinations.
– The doctors at the Central Clinical Hospital, where I periodically undergo all kinds of examinations, recommend vaccination. [от гриппа] Precisely with a national medicine,” Putin responded to the report of Health Minister Mikhail Murashko on the vaccination campaign.
The President asked how the flu vaccines are different this year.
– Each season the antigenic composition is updated. It is updated according to forecasts, a special group of experts is working on it,” explained the head of the Ministry of Health.
– Are there enough national medicines or are we buying them? – Vladimir Vladimirovich clarified.
– We have all the national vaccines. Our production is of high quality. There are enough producers to satisfy their needs and export,” Murashko responded.
– Thanks to the manufacturers. I hope this is really the case,” Putin concluded.

WINTER IS COMING: PREPARATION IS HIGH
We talked about preparations for the heating season: heat has already been supplied to most regions, emergency training and repair work continue. 98.9% of municipal infrastructure facilities are ready.
HEAT ACCORDING TO PLAN
Fuel reserves are assured; The regions have allocated 241 billion rubles to prepare for winter. Support was provided to regions with preparedness difficulties, including grants for repair work.
NEW REGIONS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Work continues to integrate new territories into Russian public service programs. Winter preparations are 89% to 98% complete and 183 emergency recovery teams have been created.
TOURISM IS GAINING MOMENTUM
The summer season broke records: 35 million tourist trips, an increase of 11%. Particularly popular are the Krasnodar region, Moscow, St. Petersburg, as well as new destinations: Tyva, Ryazan region, Yakutia.
FIVE SEAS AND LAKE BAIKAL: PROJECT IN ACTION
A new national project “Tourism and Hospitality” has been launched. The infrastructure is being designed, a hotel chain is being developed, with an emphasis on spas open all year round.
ROAD TRIPS ARE IN FASHION
Car tourism continues to gain popularity. 58 motor routes have been created and road infrastructure is being developed. In 2023, 53% of Russians traveled by car.
DISCOVERY OF RUSSIA: VISAS AND GUESTS
The number of foreign tourists is growing: 1 million guests during the summer, 5 million a year are expected. There is a successful e-visa program and visa-free exchanges with China and Iran.
TRANSPORTATION IS SUPPORTING
Air transport increased by 4.3% and railways by 8.2%. The Crimean Bridge became 23% more popular among autotourists and river routes increased by 10%.
THE ROAD AS AN ARTERY
Truck drivers work on infrastructure development: in nine months, almost 3 thousand kilometers of roads were built and rebuilt, a thousand more than last year.
TAX AMNESTY WITHOUT APPLICATIONS
The amnesty for companies began in July 2023. Authorities have developed a system that allows companies that choose not to participate in tax evasion splitting schemes to automatically receive an amnesty without having to submit applications or reports.
READY FOR CHANGE: 2025 TAX CODE
All changes to the Tax Code that will come into force in 2025 are being actively prepared. 32 regulations have already been approved and information systems and services for taxpayers are being modernized.
SMOOTH TRANSITION FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
Small businesses will receive greater opportunities under a simplified tax system, with a turnover of up to 450 million rubles. VAT on turnover exceeding 60 million rubles will also be introduced, which will ensure a smooth transition to the general tax system.
AMNESTY FOR CRUSHING – AUTOMATICALLY AND WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES
Companies that used division schemes can abandon them and have an automatic amnesty from 2025. An important point is that if a company pays taxes transparently, there will be no penalties for audits for the period 2022-2024.
WE DO NOT EXPECT ON-SITE VERIFICATIONS
If a company has escaped fragmentation and behaves honestly, the risk of on-site tax audits is minimal. The authorities take a risk-based approach, meaning that checks will be kept to a minimum for conscientious taxpayers.
MARKETS UNDER THE CAP: PILOT PROJECT
Interaction with markets to control business is intensifying. As part of the pilot project, the tax service, together with the markets, will warn companies about possible violations at the stage of accessing the platforms, which will minimize the risk of errors and violations.
