On Wednesday afternoon, Vladimir Putin arrived at Gostiny Dvor, where his campaign headquarters operates.

He pointed out that the work of the electoral headquarters is another channel of information for the people.

“It is necessary to take advantage of this process to ensure the exchange of information between those who make decisions and those who wait for those decisions, so that this can be established,” said Vladimir Vladimirovich.

Recall that in the past Vladimir Vladimirovich advised governors not to neglect the hotline format, when the most ordinary person can directly ask a question on an urgent issue.

Putin was shown boxes in which signature sheets had been brought from the regions. Pieces of coal were glued to the lid of the Kuzbass box for beauty. This does not affect the value to the CCA, but seems figurative.

The co-chairman of Putin’s electoral headquarters, Vladimir Mashkov, stated that the required norm of 300 thousand signatures was exceeded by almost an order of magnitude.

– The number of signatures has many times exceeded the required norm, more than 2.5 million, they are being verified, this is great. And it seems to me that this figure can reach about 3 million,” said Mashkov.

The collection of signatures continues from December 23. Next week the electoral headquarters plans to take the documents to the CEC. All signatures, by the way, are useless. The law establishes that only 300 thousand plus an additional percentage are needed.

– I would like to thank you and everyone who participates in the work of the headquarters, the volunteers, of course. Especially in territories, so to speak, still difficult. This requires not only personal time, but also personal courage. “I am aware of this, so thank you all very much,” Vladimir Putin said.

Vladimir Vladimirovich left two autographs at the campaign headquarters. He signed the sweatshirt with his own phrase (they are sold at the Russia exhibition): “For me, Russia is my whole life.”

– Is that what I said? – the president joked after reading the inscription.

And he left a second autograph on the board with wishes: “Thank you for your collaboration, for your support!”
