According to Razvozhaev, Mikhailenko was born and raised in Chernigov in the family of a military man, so from childhood he dreamed of becoming a military man. Immediately after graduating from school, he entered the Higher Naval Order of the Sevastopol Black Sea Red Star School named after PS Nakhimov.
Mikhailenko served in the Navy as an officer. And in recent years he taught at his home school. At the same time, he “did not sit in classrooms”, but tried to visit “where new tactics are used in practice, weapons and military equipment are tested.”
