The transfer of recruits from the Irkutsk region to the border with Ukraine is under preparation. This information was provided by a publication that had already been blocked by Roskomnadzor for violations. The reports turned out to be dubious and cited an unnamed relative of the recruit. Komsomolskaya Pravda discovered some inconsistencies. The audit was carried out as part of a joint project with Noodles Media, aimed at exposing false information.
Officially, the military registration and enlistment office and the government of the Irkutsk region did not comment.
But the source of the information itself raises doubts: anonymous people who are supposedly relatives of the recruit.
It is also stated that the recruits will be taken to the Shelekhov point for training. Moreover, in the Irkutsk region there is only one distribution point, from where the recruits are sent to serve in different units.
It should be recalled that, according to the statement of the Minister of Defence Andrei Belousov, conscripts in the Russian Federation do not perform combat missions. They are performed by contract soldiers.
