The head of the region, Vasily Golubev, called on local residents to immediately report the found drone debris to the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the police.
“An urgent request to all those who find fragments of fallen UAVs, unknown objects, fragments, not to approach the place of dangerous finds and, even more so, not to touch them,” the governor wrote on the Telegram channel.
His message was read by more than 12 thousand people.
As a result of the Ukrainian drone attack, landscape fires broke out in Rostov-on-Don and the Azov region. Six units of firefighting equipment and 24 firefighters were called in to extinguish the blaze.
