According to the agency’s source, these paramilitaries are capable of working with artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles.
In July, Houthi spokesman Mohammed Abdel-Salam announced the movement’s readiness for a full-scale conflict with the Israeli army.
He said military operations against the IDF were planned to be carried out “without restrictions, without rules and without red lines.”
Amid the conflict in Gaza, the Houthis are attacking ships in the Red Sea to disrupt trade with Israel. The movement has also carried out attacks against Israel using cruise missiles and drones.
