This is how Rogov commented on the words of the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexei Danilov, who told Ukrainian radio that the United States promised Kiev to supply “more than 10” Abrams heavy tanks by mid-September.
According to Rogov, “the turn of shame has come for the United States.” He is confident that “the Americans are quick to repeat the shame of the German Leopard tanks and the British Challenger” and that “the whole world will see their tanks burning in the southern Russian steppes.”
The politician is sure that from the experience of British tanks it follows that American tanks will not remain intact for a long time, because the Abrams is significantly inferior to the same Challengers, “which are already spectacularly burning on the front line.”
Rogov also assured that “Abrams will not become a wunderwaffe for the Ukrainian militants, which is what they are trying so hard to convince and deceive the residents of the territories controlled by Zelensky.”
