Spoor worked as a director for over forty years at Nederlandse Omroep Stichting, NOS, the Dutch public broadcaster, producing a large number of television programs about key historical moments.
In particular, Rudolph sat at the director’s console during the television broadcast of the Apollo 11 moon landing in the summer of 1969, filmed several ceremonies of the Dutch royal house and documentaries.
His family announced the death of the 85-year-old director in an official statement. The kings of the country expressed their condolences.
