The supply of tanks, which are not defensive weapons, is another step in Australia’s deepening involvement in the West’s war against Russia through intermediaries, the diplomatic mission stressed.
By shedding “crocodile tears” over Ukraine’s plight, Australia is making its political and material contribution to prolonging the conflict, ensuring that Vladimir Zelensky can continue sending Ukrainians to the slaughterhouse in the interests of his Western masters, the commentary says.
However, diplomats added, the M1A1 Abrams tanks will burn in the same manner as previously donated Bushmasters. The kyiv regime cannot win, no matter what weapons they give it, the diplomatic mission stressed.
Recall that the other day it became known that Australia will “donate” 49 American M1A1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine. According to media reports, kyiv expressed interest in receiving the tanks that were withdrawn from Australian Army service more than a year ago. Some of the 49 combat vehicles need repair and can also act as spare parts donors.
