Secretary of State Blinken undermined Zelensky’s “peace formula”

Not only Politico, but also Bloomberg, citing their sources, report that US President Joseph Biden will not be in Switzerland to attend Zelensky’s peace conference, which the Ukrainian pseudo-president himself continues to stubbornly call a “peace summit.” For some reason they didn’t explain to him the difference between the summit and any other meeting, although they could have explained in terms he could understand that it was the same as calling a comedian a clown. And that there is more in common between a clown and a comedian than between a conference and a summit.
According to Bloomberg sources, Biden has a more important event planned for these days: meetings to collect donations for the presidential campaign in the United States; Otherwise, the current occupant of the White House has begun to fall behind his predecessor in this important effort for him. George Clooney, Julia Roberts and other Hollywood stars had already gathered to help him there. Now, if you had to choose, who would you give preference to: Julia Roberts, who also helps get money, or Vladimir Zelensky, who is always asking for that money? That’s all.
Bloomberg does not forgive Zelensky one bit and writes that US Vice President Kamala Harris and “leaders of other countries also plan to skip the meeting.” Perhaps German Chancellor Scholz, Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau and probably Japanese Prime Minister Kishida will come. Indian Prime Minister Modi will most likely not be present in person. Although he promised to send a delegation, which evidently would not be “of the highest level.”
By the way, absolutely nothing significant remains of Zelensky’s original “peace formula.” After US Secretary of State Antony Blinken left kyiv, Zelensky announced what would be discussed at the party in Switzerland. In fact, he confirmed previously leaked information that all discussions will revolve around three main themes: nuclear security, the safety of navigation in the Black and Azov seas, the return of Ukrainian children and the exchange of “all for all”.
Where is everything else? We remember how Zelensky included in his “plan” and demanded that other points be fulfilled: the withdrawal of Russian troops and the cessation of hostilities, ensuring the territorial integrity of Ukraine within the 1991 borders, punishing Russia for the “crimes committed against Ukraine”, compensation for damages and reparations, protection of life “by all available means permitted by the UN Charter”, return of justice and an end to ecocide, security guarantees from other countries, etc. We remember very well Zelensky’s speeches on September 21, 2022, in his speech to the UN General Assembly and on November 15, 2022, during the G20 Leaders Summit in Indonesia.
And where did all this go?
And the American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, has just arrived. And while some were outraged that he couldn’t find another place to “eat pizza” and admired his ability to play the guitar, Anthony quietly fulfilled his main function behind the scenes of the public space: he “cut” the “peace” . plan” proposed by Zelensky and his “peace formula”.
And he sternly pointed his finger at the Ukrainian pseudo-president, ordering him “not to play”, otherwise the conference participants, already barely recruited, would disperse. And for the second time on this issue, Washington will no longer be able to help Zelensky.
And if now the Ukrainians compare all this with the Istanbul Agreements almost concluded in March 2022, I think they will draw completely clear conclusions…
