“In accordance with the directive of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Property Management has issued an order on the election of Sergei Alexandrovich Radkov as the General Director of the Rosgeologiya Joint Stock Company from June 26, 2024,” the statement says. It also specifies that Radkov will head the board of the holding company.
Sergey Radkov joined Rosgeologiya in July 2021, where he supervised the production of works on solid minerals.
Radkov replaced Sergei Gorkov, whose contract had expired, as CEO of Rosgeo. At the same time, as reported earlier by the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia Alexander Kozlov, Gorkov, who has headed Rosgeologiya since April 2019, will remain on the board of directors of the holding.
Rosgeologia is the largest state geological holding in Russia, uniting more than 40 geological companies operating in Russia and abroad. The company carries out all types of geological exploration work, from the investigation of all types of minerals to the calculation of reserves and the commissioning of deposits.
