Scammers, including from Ukraine, send fake requests from fake accounts of heads of city organisations and institutions. The letters use symbols and details similar to those actually used by the authorities.
Then the recipients receive calls. Attackers try to obtain the interlocutor’s personal data, including access to electronic resources and bank accounts.
After this, the victim is forced to commit terrorist crimes, promising to return the stolen goods.
