Asked about Russia’s response to the blocking of artists on the video platform, the singer said that this was why the territory of the US diplomatic mission was chosen as the venue for the concert.
“That’s why I’m here at the American embassy now. And now everyone will see it and the whole world will see it… The main thing for me is what is happening in Russia,” Shaman said.
He added that his speech at the concert was directed, among other things, in defense of his blocked colleagues.
“Today I stand up for my colleagues and friends who were unfairly blocked. My heart aches for my friend Grigory Leps, with whom we communicate well, just like any normal Russian person. We will survive everything. Victory will be ours,” the artist told RIA Novosti.
By the way, during the concert Shaman presented a new song “Soul Wide Open”.
