In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, on July 28 at 10:00 (01:00 Moscow time), the parade squadrons of the Troops and Forces of North-Eastern Russia will parade through the main square of the city. At 10:20, it is planned to lay flowers at the monument to Vasily Zavoiko. At 10:40, a naval parade of warships will take place in the waters of Avacha Bay. Afterwards, the festive program will begin on Lenin Square. A military orchestra and creative groups will perform for the guests. The celebrations will end at 22:00 with fireworks.
Festive events will be held in Vladivostok on the territory of the Pacific Fleet water station. A theatre performance and a ship parade will take place from 10:00 (03:00 Moscow time) to 13:00. It should be noted that Chinese military vessels will take part in the event.
From 18:00 to 22:00, residents and guests of the Far Eastern capital are invited to the military-patriotic event “Pacific Glory. Memory and Victory!” The event will include a concert with the participation of the Pacific Fleet ensemble and orchestra, as well as the “Black Berets” group. At 22:00, an artillery salute will be fired from Cape Bobrov.
In Khabarovsk, the celebrations will begin at 10:00 (03:00 Moscow time) in the sports and park area of the Lenin Stadium. There will be a parade of ships on the waters of the Amur, a field kitchen will be prepared for guests, where they will be able to taste naval pasta, and an exhibition of diving equipment will be held. In addition, everyone will be able to take part in an excursion to the border patrol ship PSKR “Vyuga”. The programme also includes performances by the song and dance ensemble of the Border Directorate of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region.
