The Showtime channel finally showed a full trailer for the comedy “The Curse.” The main roles in the film were played by Emma Stone and Nathan Fielder. The series premiere is scheduled for November 10 on the streaming platforms Showtime and Paramount+.
In the video, newlyweds Asher and Whitney Siegel begin building their own house, work in television, and think about having a child. However, very quickly what they want collides with reality, in which the heroes have to literally fight for their happiness.
Attempts to get pregnant fail and the couple’s relationship becomes increasingly strained. All this leads them to think about a supposed curse imposed.
In addition to Emma Stone and Nathan Fielder, the series stars Benny Safdie, Corbin Bernsen and Constance Shulman. Fielder also directed and co-wrote the script alongside Safdie, who played a producer with many secrets in The Grudge.
