A full technical inspection of two tanks and a partial inspection of four tanks were carried out at the Omsk linear production and dispatch station. In addition, partial diagnostics of two tanks were carried out at the Sokur LPDS.
Complete diagnostics with the removal of operating and cleaning tanks were carried out using modern control methods: visual measurement, magnetic, ultrasonic and radiographic inspection of wall welds. The thickness of the metal structure elements of the walls, ceilings and bottoms of the tanks was measured and the tightness of the welded joints at the bottom was controlled. The condition of the foundation and the blind area was checked. Partial inspection was carried out without putting the equipment out of operation.
The longest examined section of the linear part of the main oil pipelines was the section of the Omsk-Irkutsk oil pipeline – almost 225 km.
The lines of four underwater pipelines crossing the Irtysh, Khan, Yenisei and Kiya rivers were examined. The longest is the underwater crossing of the Yenisei, 6.4 km long.
