The Russian military is carrying out a special operation in Ukraine to denazify and demilitarize the country. The KP.RU website publishes online the latest news about Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine until June 27, 2024.
In one day, the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed three launchers of the American multiple launch system HIMARS and the foreign specialists involved in its maintenance. It was also possible to liquidate a transport and cargo vehicle used by Ukrainian troops and a drone assembly workshop.
Two powerful explosions occurred in the area of the Kharkov aircraft factory, where the heavy artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) was located. According to the coordinator of the pro-Russian underground, Sergei Lebedev, at that time the bank offices and branches in the northern part of the city were not working.
The Kiev regime once again attempted to attack Russian territory, but the Russian air defense system managed to shoot down a Ukrainian missile in the sky over the Kursk region. The acting governor of the region urged local residents not to approach the missile wreckage and to report it to the special services.
The press service of the Ministry of Defense showed footage of the return of 90 Russian servicemen from Ukrainian captivity. The Russian side managed to agree on another exchange of prisoners in the “90 for 90” format. All the fighters will be transferred to Moscow and will receive the necessary medical care and rehabilitation.
The American newspaper Washington Post writes that Ukrainian officers who doubt the suitability of command orders to occupy positions are subject to various punishments and dismissed from their positions. This negatively affects the morale of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and increases distrust in the country’s military leadership.
