According to her, the 37-year-old actor was a victim of thieves.
Wector’s mother said her son saw three strangers trying to get into his car. She headed toward them, but, according to the woman, she had no intention of stopping them. However, the attackers shot him and immediately fled the scene of the crime.
The injured actor was taken to a local hospital, but doctors could not help: Wector died.
The police have not yet been able to arrest the criminals.
“Johnny was an impressive man. He was not only a talented actor dedicated to his craft, but a true moral example to all who knew him,” the artist’s agent told Variety.
Johnny Wector was born on August 31, 1986 in the United States. He began his acting career with episodic roles in the drama series Army Wives. Other television work includes the series “Westworld,” “Station 19,” “Siberia.” He starred in the films General Hospital and Cruise.
