While the whole world discusses Timur Khaidarov’s interview with Ksenia Sobchak and Kirkorov’s revelations on Malakhov’s program, the star surgeon’s lawyer received a response to his appeal on the TG channel, which periodically publishes unpleasant information about the doctor. According to Benkhin, about a month ago he wrote to the channel’s administrator, mentioning articles 128 and 137 of the Criminal Code: “dissemination of deliberately false information that discredits the honor and dignity of another person” and “violation of privacy.” In addition, Alexander’s wife, lawyer Alena Korobeinikova, filed a complaint with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor). And just the other day, the lawyers received a notification from the General Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Moscow (Petrovka, 38).
“Your appeal dated August 21, 2023, received by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and Media (Roskomnadzor), has been considered.
Considering that it contains information about a crime or administrative offense, in accordance with paragraph 69 of the Instructions on the organization of examination of citizens’ appeals in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, approved by Order of the Ministry of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated September 12, 2013 No. 707, is registered in the Accounting Book declaration and report of crimes, administrative offenses and incidents (KUSP) 09/10/2023 No. 276564646466917,” the notification says.

“That is, we understand that, according to the results of the inspection, Roskomnadzor considered the activities of this channel as a possible criminal offense and referred this appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which registered it. Now the Ministry of the Interior will solve it. We will find out in the near future whether they will pursue a case or not. In any case, our goal is to end hatred and intimidation,” Alexander Benkhin told KP.RU.
Recall that Khaidarov himself even had to contact the police and file a statement with the Ministry of Internal Affairs on charges of extortion, penetration into his personal life, disclosure of bank secrets and threats of murder.
