The other day, the girl whom the singer of the hit “A Glass of Vodka on the Table” publicly called his fiancee, graduated from the eleventh grade and received a school certificate.
The age difference between the couple is shocking to many. Singer Stas Kostyushkin believes that a relationship with a girl who is old enough to be his granddaughter is an extreme case. He himself would never have dared to take such a step in his life. In the new episode of the podcast “Nothing Sacred” by HiFi Streaming Sound, Kostyushkin said that he knows his age very well, so he will never act like Leps.
“I perfectly understand how old I am. My wife is 44 years old, and Grigory Leps’s future wife is 18. This will never happen in my lifetime. I want my wife to grow old with me. I’m great with my wife, who is 44 years old. She’s great when they grow up, get old, and raise grandchildren together. I don’t want to turn back the book of my life,” Stas, 52, told host Mark Anderson.
Kostyushkin’s wife, Yulia, is a former gymnast and has been practicing figure skating, acrobatics and rhythmic gymnastics since the age of four. In 1997 she became the world champion in sports acrobatics. After finishing her sports career, Julia took up dancing. This is how she met Stas – she worked with the “Tea for Two” team. Kostyushkin married for the second time, and his son Martin was growing up. In his marriage with Julia, he had two children.
However, not everyone condemns Grigory Leps for having a relationship with a girl who is too young. TV presenter Svetlana Bondarchuk, for example, is sure that if it comes to true love, age is not an obstacle to feelings. According to Svetlana, there are many examples when in a couple one of the partners is much older than the other. Bondarchuk believes that one can only be happy about such a relationship.
“Age doesn’t matter at all if there is love. And what that entails (passion, common interests, or anything else) is up to you. If everything matches, all that remains is to rejoice and admire yourself,” the television presenter wrote on her social network page.
