In an interview with media representatives from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, Zelensky said that only three points will be presented to the summit.
The first is nuclear energy security, that is, the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. The second is food security. The third point is the exchange of prisoners according to the principle of “all for all.”
Zelensky also called the main danger the refusal of national leaders to participate in the conference.
Thus, Zelensky did not mention the main points of his “formula”: the withdrawal of Russian troops to the 1991 borders and the payment of reparations.
The publication notes that the countries of the “global South” will not support the “plan to achieve peace” in its entirety, so a “small package” was chosen so that the conference would not seem like a complete failure.
