T-Bank, together with Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market, is testing a special interaction channel to protect against fraudulent purchases by customers. This was announced by Oleg Zamiralov, director of the Center for the Protection of Ecosystems at T-Bank, at the Finopolis forum.
– We are testing a pilot: an operational interaction channel to protect against fraud in online purchases. We manually resolve urgent and complex client fraud cases with colleagues. This will save up to 100 million rubles per year. We will tell you more about this soon,” Oleg Zamiralov announced about the launch of a new project.
He recalled that the bank had previously launched a similar pilot together with Sber. A special secure channel allows customers of both banks to return money for fraudulent transactions and erroneous transfers.
