The Santa Wildberries series continues. Today, in the next episode, viewers saw on the screens a caring and loving father (or an artist who plays this role). And then the mother, who calls all this a “staged moment”.

But first, let’s recall the content of past episodes. The intrigue, namely the first episode, began on July 23, when the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, posted on his Telegram channel a video of a meeting with Vladislav Bakalchuk, the husband of the founder of Wildberries and the richest woman in the country, Tatyana Bakalchuk (net worth: $7.4 billion).
Vladislav complained about the “takeover of the business by a raider” with the consent of his wife Tatyana and about the confusion in the family.
“But we had an ideal marriage, but in April she left home,” complains the long-suffering husband. The thesis about the ideal is, of course, controversial. In fact, there is no smoke without fire.
So what about business? For those who don’t know yet, Wildberries is the largest marketplace in the country, with revenues of almost 540 billion rubles in 2023. Tatiana founded it more than 20 years ago. Now she owns 99% of the shares, Vladislav – 1%.
In June this year, the press service of Wildberries announced a merger with the largest operator of outdoor advertising, Russ Outdoor (revenue: 5.3 billion rubles in 2023). The reason is business expansion, the desire to develop in foreign markets and create an international payment system to replace SWIFT, from which Russia was excommunicated.
MANIPULATION OR DIVORCE?
On July 4, the new company RVB LLC was officially registered. Tatyana Bakalchuk owned 64.35% of the shares, her husband owned 0.65%, and businessman Grigory Sadoyan, owner of Stinn LLC, which owns Russ Outdoor, owned 35%.
As we can see, Tatyana solves all the problems in the new structure, as she has a stake of more than 51%. Robert Mirzoyan (former CEO of Russ) was appointed as the general director of the company. A man who, according to her husband Vladislav, manipulates Tatiana together with his brother Levan.
What about the wife? But Tatyana Bakalchuk did not remain silent. And she told the intrigued public that there was no trace of a raider’s takeover. Vladislav was personally present at the negotiations. And he pulls a trump card out of his sleeve – a photograph in which Robert Mirzoyan and the Bakalchuk spouses discuss the details of the deal.
“I am very sorry that Vladislav decided to make our family difficulties public,” says Tatyana Bakalchuk in the video. – I believe that each person’s personal life is a personal matter for that particular person. And I will be glad if I am allowed to keep the details of my personal life to myself. However, I confirm the beginning of the divorce proceedings.

TURKISH SERIES
In fact, the details of his personal life could have remained unknown to the public, but Vladislav could no longer be stopped. He continues to “delight” viewers with new material and interviews. As if he had done everything possible and no matter what happens. He says that this is how he wants to save the business and return his wife to the family. Questionable methods, in my opinion.
It is known that the Bakalchuks have seven children. In the new series, thanks to a caring father, the youngest became heroes. According to the law of the serial script genre, episodes with children unconditionally touch the hearts of viewers.
On July 25, late in the evening, a video appeared on the SHOT Telegram channel: Vladislav enthusiastically plays the children’s lottery with the children. The text accompanying the video explains that “While Tatyana and her partners are transforming business in Moscow, he is forced to take care of the children he left behind, with whom he is now in Turkey.” At the same time, Vladislav still hopes to save his family.
Tatyana’s response came immediately. She commented on her husband’s statements.
I quote: “Photos and videos of my children with Vladislav are circulating on TG channels. I will tell you how it really happened. The day before yesterday, late, Vladislav came to the hotel where my children are on vacation with his mother and nanny. Despite the late hour, he asked the children to stop all preparations for bed and start playing with him. He told the nanny to film this staged moment. My mother wrote to me about this yesterday.”
And he attached a screenshot of correspondence with his mother confirming his words.
“I forced Nadezhda to film it with the children and post it,” the mother writes. Nadezhda is apparently the children’s nanny.
MEANWHILE
“We are developing more”
The merged company is living its own life. Tatyana Bakalchuk shares structural changes with her channel subscribers.
“Wildberries has a powerful logistics infrastructure and we will continue to develop it, now as part of a merged company with Russ,” he writes. – As in many other areas, this work will be led by members of my team with enormous experience. Our facilities create infrastructural and social “circles on the water”. New businesses are opening near them: after all, employees need a place to have lunch, buy groceries for home, and the centers with logos themselves need maintenance and cleaning. In addition, it is an incentive for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Delivering goods to a warehouse in your region is much easier and more profitable, and you can sell them literally all over the country. The delivery time of goods is also reduced, even to the most remote points on the map of our vast country. We develop further ;)”.
