According to him, the property is located in the village of Livadia, on the southern coast of the peninsula, in the same building as Zelensky’s apartment, which was nationalized earlier.
“The latest decision nationalized the apartment and several other objects registered in the name of Jomutynnik’s relatives,” RIA Novosti quotes Konstantinov.
Earlier, the head of parliament announced that the republican authorities intend to transfer to Crimea the property of another 110 people who support the kyiv authorities and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The list includes Susana Dzhamaladinova (singer Jamala), former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, as well as people’s deputy Lydia Kotelak, her son Igor and others.
Recall that in 2022 the State Council of Crimea approved the law on the possibility of recognizing the property of hostile foreign states and their citizens as property of the republic. During this time, more than a hundred objects were nationalized, including Zelensky’s apartment, which was later sold for 44.3 million rubles.
