The project is a real-time strategy and the development team consists of experienced specialists who once worked on the Warcraft, StarCraft and Command & Conquer series.
The first video features the character Warz, voiced by actor Simu Liu, best known for his role as Shang-Chi in the Marvel film of the same name.
The second video shows the gameplay and reveals the start date of the closed beta test: July 30.
Stormgate is scheduled to launch into early access on August 18. The game will be distributed via a shareware model.
