The Royal Dutch Police are cooperating with Turkish investigators to determine whether the man was able to board the plane in Amsterdam, Belga reported.
The plane took off from Schiphol Airport on Thursday afternoon and landed in Turkey three hours later. The body was discovered during a technical inspection. According to Turkish media, police detained the plane at the airport indefinitely to conduct an investigation.
Some sources suggest that the man illegally boarded the plane on September 10 in Banjul, Gambia, West Africa. Since then, this plane has made a dozen trips to Europe, Asia and Africa.
