The games of the future are a kind of symbiosis between traditional and virtual sports. Although this format is only at the beginning of its development, interest in it is growing and many states plan to develop it in their own countries, the head of the Russian government noted. More than 270 teams participated in the Russian tournament and will compete in 23 disciplines. The opening ceremony of the Games will take place on February 21 in Kazan and the competition will last until March 3. As Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said, the final stage of preparation has begun in the capital of Tatarstan, all organizational events are going ahead as planned. Ten facilities are used for the Games: eight in Kazan, one in Innopolis and one in Sirius, where Formula 4 and virtual races will be held.
Tickets for the contest are already actively selling. “We see enormous demand, I would even say urgent,” Chernyshenko said. Television channels from all over Russia and digital platforms (VK Play and Trovo) will be used for broadcasts. The main feature of the Games of the future is the open format of competitions based on the principles of equality and equity, the Deputy Prime Minister noted. “Russia has always maintained the position that sport should be outside of politics,” he said.

At the meeting, Mikhail Mishustin announced the allocation of more than 40 billion rubles for projects within the framework of the Far East concession mechanism. The funds are intended to co-finance expenses for the implementation of agreements whose duration exceeds the period of validity of the limits of budgetary obligations.
The format of partnership between state and private capital applied in the Far East has already proven its effectiveness, believes the Prime Minister. The State guarantees companies a return on investment and the minimization of relevant investment risks. Thanks to this, not only the economy of the macroregion is developing, but also social infrastructure is being built: kindergartens, schools, hospitals and clinics, housing and communal services, roads.
In the previous two years, within the framework of the Far Eastern concession, 96 billion rubles were allocated for the construction of facilities in nine regions of the Far East, recalled Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev. Thus, in the Magadan region alone there will be four schools, a rehabilitation center, a health center with a swimming pool, a ski stadium, a sea resort, and Yakutia, for example, will rebuild four oil depots necessary for supply to the north. and provision of remote territories.
From 2024, according to Trutnev, the Far East concession will become even more important, as it will become one of the most important mechanisms for the renewal of Far Eastern cities. “Under the program, living conditions in 25 cities will be improved and a new satellite city will be built,” the deputy prime minister said. “The results of this work will be felt by more than four million people, that is, half of the population of the Far East.” For the implementation of the program, 165 billion rubles are allocated from the federal budget for the period 2024-2026. .

The government has allocated 20 billion rubles to support Russian farmers, said Mikhail Mishustin. Funds are needed to subsidize soft loans. With the help of it, farmers will be able to attract more than 804 billion rubles on favorable conditions for seasonal field work. This financing will allow for large investment projects in the industry, not only to increase production volumes, but also to increase the processing of agricultural raw materials in national facilities, the Prime Minister highlighted. He ordered that the money quickly reach farmers: “I ask you to keep the execution of this task under control, so that consumers in Russia continue to receive varied and high-quality food products.”
