Subsidies per hectare of grape planting area will have an increasing coefficient of 1.2 if they are received by wine producers with a quality certificate from the Federal Self-Regulatory Organization of Winegrowers and Winemakers of Russia and the right to use “Wine of Russia”. or emblems of “Russian Cognac”.
In addition, additional increasing coefficients are established when calculating subsidies for plantations with higher density: 1.4 for plantations of more than 2.2 thousand plants per hectare and 1.7 for more than 3.3 thousand plants.
Let us remember that the federal project “Stimulating the development of viticulture and winemaking” has been in effect since 2022. Its objective is to increase the area of vineyards of fruiting age by 35 percent by 2030.
