Valeria and Artem Chekalin were the first in a series of bloggers to receive special attention from the tax police. The amount of his debt, including fines and sanctions, exceeded 500 million rubles. As a restrictive measure during the process, the court prohibited information entrepreneurs from using the Internet, communicating with witnesses and accomplices, and using mail, telephone and other means of communication. Recently, the couple finally paid off their debt and were able to return to normal life.
Why didn’t they pay taxes?
The other day Lerchek (Valeria’s creative pseudonym) came to interview Laura Dzhugelia. There she began to make excuses as to why she did not pay her debts since the beginning of the audit. The blogger transferred responsibility for tax evasion to certain assistants.
“We had tax advisors and they also received a large amount of money from us. And they said that everything was fine, that the tax amount would be reduced there to 20-50 million, which they simply calculated incorrectly. That’s why I didn’t worry at all. Well, in any case, we have what we have,” Valeria complained.
He added that he immediately agreed to cooperate with the tax office. The blogger waited until the verification was completed and all penalties and fines were calculated. After which their accounts were unblocked, with which they paid the debt.
The family began to fall apart.
Lerchek’s complaints about life did not end there. One blogger told a “horrible” story about how her children felt poor because their parents’ accounts were blocked.
“At school, a girl came up and told Alisa (Lerchek’s daughter, editor’s note) that she was poor because we weren’t going on vacation. She has a very good school and the children there do not seem spoiled, everything is fine, but one said this and came up to me and asked: “Mom, please tell me, have we become poor?”
I explained to him that, above all, we have each other. And this poverty is temporary. He took the money and won it. And it will happen again,” Lerchek said.

Valeria added that her daughter still went on vacation with her grandmother. However, the hotel they stayed in was less luxurious than usual. She also complained that the tax office’s restrictions also affected her relationship with her husband Artem.
“We experience stress in different ways. I tried to come up with as many activities as possible: English, speech therapy, dancing, gymnastics, communicating with friends. That is, to have something besides home. But Artem, on the contrary, did not want anything. He constantly offered me to go to a restaurant together, to a training session and I tried to get him out. Nothing helped at all, I didn’t want to. And I probably did something wrong too, I constantly pressured him to do something. And then our mutual friend told me that he wants to be in the house and that we must respect his condition,” Lerchek said.
According to Chekalina, she and her husband went to different psychologists to improve their relationship. After the interview was published, subscribers clarified what ended between Valeria and Artem. As it turned out, psychologists did not help them.
“Dear ones, we are going through a difficult period, but we are trying. I will simply ask you to support, but not to say anything. Think about what we went through,” Chekalina wrote on her page.
Why did Valeria sell advertising to scandalous bloggers?
Immediately after all restrictions were lifted, Lerchek began selling advertising on his social networks for tens of millions. One of the first clients was another blogger named Sasha Belair, who gave Chekalina 35 million. It was her husband, Sergei Kosenko, who recorded a scandalous video in which she throws a baby into a snowdrift.
“I told him about 300 thousand of my live audience, mothers. Who then went to see how they threw his son into the snow. When I saw it, to be honest, I almost fainted because of what was happening. And I thought it was Photoshop. I cannot take responsibility for her, much less for hers, her man.”
“As a mother of three myself, I would go up and personally, although assault is prohibited, I would punch them in the face for what they did. A doll that doesn’t understand anything, that has just arrived into this world… They simply picked it up and threw it into the snow, they laughed a little more and also collected a lot of comments and exaggerations of all kinds,” Lerchek justified himself again. after announcing a family that throws their son into the snow.
