A participant in the process also reported that the Investigative Commission demanded the arrest of 27 detainees.
Recall that the incident occurred the day before in the Romanov Dvor business centre. A group of men tried to enter the building, but met with resistance from security officers. A shootout ensued.
Two people died as a result of the emergency. Seven more people, including two police officers, were injured.
A criminal case has been initiated under five articles.
Following the emergency, several participants in the brawl were detained as part of a criminal case. Six defendants, in addition to Vladislav Bakalchuk, have already been charged, the sources said. He was detained for 48 hours.
