“This information is not true,” the court’s press service said in a comment on the Telegram channel.
It was previously reported that the property of JSC Amber Talvis and Kaliningrad JSC SPI-RVVK and its subsidiary LLC RVVK were seized by writ of execution dated June 21, 2024.
The agency appealed to the court, requesting that the businessman’s activities and his companies be banned as extremist and that his assets in the Russian Federation be converted into state revenues. The court has not yet made a decision.
