And now it is the turn of the living embodiment of the legendary Soviet comedian and clown. A feature film will be shot about Yuri Nikulin. It is even surprising that in a wide range of Russian biographical films (Vladimir Vysotsky, Faina Ranevskaya, Mikhail Krug, Marshal Tukhachevsky, Anna German, Margarita Nazarova, Vladimir Mayakovsky, Leonid Brezhnev, Sergei Yesenin, Lyudmila Zykina and Lyudmila Gurchenko) there was no place. for a veteran of the Great Patriotic War and legend of Soviet cinema. The Team Films studio decided to correct the annoying oversight and decided to make a feature film dedicated to Nikulin.
“Work on the preparation of the film is in full swing,” confirmed the head of the studio, Teymur Jafarov. — Consent has been received from the heirs to shoot the film. All that remains is to agree with them on the final script.
Immediately after agreeing on the script, the company will begin filming. It is still unknown on which channel or platform the film will be released. Judging by the dynamics, filming on the project will begin in 2025. At the same time, it is still a secret who will play the main character.
The Team Films studio collaborates with almost all federal channels and popular online cinemas and has already produced well-known projects: “Voronins”, “In a Cage”, “St John’s Wort”, “13 Clinical”.
