That is why the company supports labor dynasties, motherhood and childhood in every possible way with the help of benefits, subsidies and compensations,” noted Yuri Kozlov, general director of the plant.

No expense is spared: in 2023, 530 million rubles were spent on social guarantees for staff. A “dowry” is paid to newlyweds upon concluding their first marriage. 3.3 million were allocated to support 54 parents in the birth of their children. About 9 million rubles helped 129 large families prepare their children for school. Special attention is paid to veterans who are supported with payments and free vouchers to the corporate preventive sanatorium “Mountain Len”. Last year, 285 non-working retirees recovered their health within its walls and a “preventive home clinic” was organized for people with reduced mobility. The plant also honors “long-livered” families: in 2023, 37 “golden” and 12 “platinum” weddings were celebrated. Respect and care for the older generation is one of the strong motivators for the younger ones.

There are around a thousand employees under the age of 35 at the plant and the company does not spare time or money on them. Young workers receive substantial subsidies, and especially active workers are rewarded with payments. As for the vocational training system, it is closely related to the technical schools and specialized universities of the Urals and is striking in its scale: over the past year, more than five thousand people received all types of vocational training.
