“Criminal cases against Donskikh OV and his connections were initiated by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2011-2012. During the events, the accomplices were arrested and taken into custody, but the official hid from the preliminary investigation authorities and was included on the wanted list. Based on the results of the investigation, the Pravoberezhny District Court of Lipetsk found his accomplices guilty of theft of funds from JSC Rosagroleasing through companies controlled under the guise of construction projects of a distillery, an elevator and a dairy farm, as well as non-payment of loans received from Rosselkhozbank JSC. They were sentenced to 9 and 11.5 years in prison,” recall the case materials in the Russian FSB.
The investigation carries out investigative actions and operational search activities aimed at obtaining evidence of participation in this crime and identifying other accomplices.
