Oleg Viktorovich was detained with a large bottle in his hand as he left a street stall.

Employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia detained the former head of the Administrative Labor Department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Olga Donskikh, in the Moscow region. Oleg Viktorovich was detained with a large bottle in his hand as he left a street stall.

– I have lived here since 2008. I know they are looking for it. “I don’t know why,” Donskikh responded.

It’s hard to believe, but a 56-year-old man managed to hide from authorities for 12 years. He managed to go unnoticed during the pandemic and the mobilization. The investigation does not rule out that the “invisible man” was simply bearing fruit. But when the suspect ran out of money, they handed him over.

Donskikh was on the international list of wanted persons on suspicion of organizing the theft of two billion rubles in 2007-2011, which belonged to JSC Rosagroleasing and JSC Rosselkhozbank.

“Criminal cases against Donskikh OV and his connections were initiated by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2011-2012. During the events, the accomplices were arrested and taken into custody, but the official hid from the preliminary investigation authorities and was included on the wanted list. Based on the results of the investigation, the Pravoberezhny District Court of Lipetsk found his accomplices guilty of theft of funds from JSC Rosagroleasing through companies controlled under the guise of construction projects of a distillery, an elevator and a dairy farm, as well as non-payment of loans received from Rosselkhozbank JSC. They were sentenced to 9 and 11.5 years in prison,” recall the case materials in the Russian FSB.

The investigation carries out investigative actions and operational search activities aimed at obtaining evidence of participation in this crime and identifying other accomplices.
