The rule presented by a group of parliamentarians establishes that a foreigner will be considered subject to deportation from the day their information is registered in the registry of controlled persons. After exclusion from this registry, the regime is terminated.
Under this regime, a series of restrictive measures will be implemented, including a ban on purchasing real estate, opening bank accounts and getting married. It is proposed to prohibit the purchase of vehicles and their registration, driving and passing licensing exams.
The procedure for the application of the new regime must be established by the Ministry of the Interior. Police officers may be granted rights to exercise state control over persons under deportation, including the use of technical means.
