“A criminal case was initiated under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: “Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life or health of consumers,” reports the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Kemerovo Region.
As previously reported by RG, this morning in the Topkinsky municipal district, at kilometer 235 of the R-255 Siberia highway, an intercity passenger bus collided with a truck.
According to preliminary data, the driver of a regular bus, with 29 people on board, did not maintain a safe distance. Previously, the Ministry of Health reported 17 victims of road accidents, including three children. According to the investigation committee, the exact number of victims and the severity of their injuries are yet to be determined.
