Most premises are currently rented, some are closed for storage reasons. Yegor paid most of his debts. Fashion remains: on the ground floor there is security, a closed art gallery and a store of the Zaitsev Fashion House. On the second floor there is a showroom, which is rented for fashion shows; on the third, fourth, fifth, sixth floors: warehouses, rental; the seventh, paintings from the collection of Vyacheslav Zaitsev; the eighth, Yegor Zaitsev’s fashion laboratory and modeling school; On the ninth floor there is a clothing workshop. On the tenth floor there is Vyacheslav Zaitsev’s workshop. Egor dreamed of reviving the brand: creating and selling clothing collections. But he didn’t do anything about it, or he just didn’t have time. The fashion house’s income is decent: it is rumored that renting a single apartment brings in about a million rubles; there is a school of models; and now a sewing workshop. The apartment where Yegor lived also belongs to his wife. Furthermore, among Yegor’s heirs is his mother, Marina.
