Let us remind you: Ruslan Kukharuk officially took over as governor of Ugra a little over a month ago, on September 8. This fact is legally followed by a change in the composition of the regional government.
At today’s meeting, he thanked the team for their joint work, their contribution to the development of the economy and the social sphere, as well as the implementation of national projects and programs.
“The issues that concern residents, the initiatives expressed at the meetings of the municipalities were reflected in the draft district budget for 2025-2026,” the governor of Ugra emphasized, “but the most important thing is that we quickly responded to the challenges. Each member of the government team made a significant contribution to the achievement of the region’s development indicators. Dear colleagues, thank you for your well-coordinated joint work.”
Note: Ruslan Kuharuk, who serves as acting governor of Ugra, visited all municipalities of the district. According to him, this approach allowed him to form a personal vision of the problems and development of the region.

The chief tasked the governor’s office and the district government to prepare legal acts on changing the structure and composition of the government. These documents will be approved at the next meeting on October 14.
Earlier, commenting on media questions about the personnel of the highest executive body of the region, Ruslan Kukharuk noted that when forming a new management team, qualities of candidates such as professionalism and the ability to work in a team will be evaluated, based on the opinions of residents. . “Public service is, above all, serving the people,” he stressed on the day of his appointment as head of Ugra.
Please note that the regional government in its current composition was formed in 2020. When forming a new structure of regional authorities, the approach will be maintained when the highest executive body of the district also includes the heads of the executive authorities and the heads of several municipalities.
