“Now you can send documents to the court from your personal account on the public services portal to all courts of general jurisdiction, as well as to magistrates connected to the Electronic Justice module,” said Viktor Momotov. “The service helps you choose. a court, calculate and pay the state fee. Signing such an appeal can be signed electronically. If the court accepts the appeal, it will be registered within a few hours and the applicant will receive a number in his personal account by which he can. track the status of the appeal on the court website.”

Citizens have already created 2.7 million personal accounts on the portal. Through them, some 22 million electronic resources have already been presented to the courts.

The connection of the entire world justice system to the automated state system “Justice” is also being developed. In this way, it will be possible to file an electronic claim through the portal before the court of first instance.

“Before 2030, it is planned to move from the written format to the electronic format of office work. It is also necessary to transform existing large files into electronic format,” said Viktor Momotov.
